TOM BECKETT, Secretary of The Mill Center for the Arts, is a retired CEO in hospital administration with an MBA from The George Washington University, Washington, DC and a BA in Economics from McDaniel College in Westminster, MD.  He has served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.   He is past Vice President of the Hendersonville Symphony Orchestra and has been active in fund raising for the Symphony and also represents the interests of the Symphony who will be a prime tenant in the new concert hall.
