EUGENE M. CARR, III, is President of The Mill Center for the Arts.  He practices law with the firm of Bazzle and Carr since 1991.   He was born in Asheville, North Carolina and received a BA from Yale University in Connecticut and a J.D., Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill.  Carr has served as President of the Hendersonville Four Seasons Rotary Club, Vice President of the Hendersonville Symphony Orchestra, current Vice President of Carolina Day School alumni Board and current Director of the Yale University Alumni Schools Committee for WNC.  Carr specializes in litigation and has a certification in Family Law from the North Carolina Bar Association.  Carr also volunteers with the Mountain Area Volunteer Lawyers.
