Duncan Fraser is a Certified Public Accountant with a BA in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Parsons College in Iowa. He has an MA in Accounting from the University of Nebraska Graduate School of Business. Fraser has been an active Big Brother for over thirty-seven years with the Big Brothers Association of Boston where he was also Treasurer and Director for thirteen years. He has served on the Board of Trustees for Anatolia College, Thessolinki Greece and Boston. In addition, he has served as Treasurer and Director for the Island School, Eluthera Island, Bahamas. He is presently the President and Director of the Blue Ridge Humane Society of Hendersonville.
