Vickie English Rogers, is a native of Western North Carolina. Vickie was born in Asheville and lived in Weaverville most of her life. In 1999, she made a life changing decision and married Norm Rogers. They live in the Dana community, along with their German Shepherd, "Scrappy". She has extensive experience in business administration and bookkeeping. Vickie is the director of the children's ministry at Ebenezer Baptist Church.

Vickie has one child, a son and a wonderful daughter-in-law. They live in Hendersonville with the most precious gift, her grandson Ryan.
